Ingredients

  • 1/2 chopped cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 6 string beans
  • 1/2 chopped turnips
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • handful of watercress
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cubed and sautéed
  • your favorite noodles cooked al denté and drained
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Warm broth and add seasoning (soy sauce, sugar, and salt).
  2. Sauté garlic and vegetables in oil until crisp.
  3. In individual bowls, divide noodles, chicken, and vegetables, and ladle stock on top.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and chopped chilli (optional).
