Parents New to PowerSchool

In PowerSchool, parents can create their own username and password, view all children with one account, and change or reset a forgotten password.

To create an account:

1. Go to powerschool.sas.edu.sg.
2. Click the Create Account button to set your personal information, username, and password and to link each child’s profile.Note: In the Student Name field, enter only your child’slegal first name. The Access ID is your child's SAS ID number. If you have not received your child's Access Password, please contact communications@sas.edu.sg.
3. After creating your login, you will be prompted to login to PowerSchool. Once logged in, you can view records for each child by clicking on the child's name in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

Add a Student to an Existing PowerSchool Account

1. Login
2. Click the Account Preferences link on the left
3. Click the Students tab.
4. Click the Add button.
5. Complete the details for your child in the box that pops up.

Recover a forgotten username/password

Navigating to Reports

Once on your child's PowerSchool page you can access your child's report card or MAP test scores by:

1. Clicking the Reports link in the upper-left corner of the screen.
2. Then click the link labeled download MAP report here for MAP test scores or click the link with the year and semester for report cards.

Please note: Your child will only have one link to download MAP scores. The file is updated with the new scores while allowing you to compare the old scores on the same data sheet.
