SAS FOUNDATION BOARDS

Aymeric Ralph Henri Fraise is the Founder and Director of Generator Advisors in Singapore. Prior to moving to Singapore in 2020, Aymeric and his family (wife Jacqueline, daughter Christiana, and son Tibeau) were long term Shanghai residents, where his two children also attended the American School (SAS Shanghai). Aymeric is a Stanford double alum (BA ‘97, MBA ‘06).

Shaun Bernier joined the SAS Foundation Board (Singapore) in 2023. She is a longtime American expat living in Singapore since 2020 and Hong Kong for thirteen years prior to that. Shaun has spent her career working in the public sector in Asia and the U.S. She is Founder and Board Director of the nonprofit organization, HandsOn Hong Kong.

She holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University and an MPA from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Shaun and her husband, Darren Massara, have two children at SAS.

Georgina Bach holds a bachelor of arts degree in public health from University of California, Berkeley. After college, she spent many years working in marketing and investor relations for startups in the internet and biotechnology sectors. She has been actively involved with service in her children’s schools for the past ten years, and was PTA president of their school in Las Vegas, prior to relocating to Singapore.

In addition to her involvement at SAS, Georgina served on the operational committee for Caring for Cambodia as the coordinator of school service trips. She joined the SAS Foundation board (Singapore) in 2016. She and her husband, Jeremy Bach, have three children at SAS.

Dr. Clarice Chia Woodworth is the medical director for International Medical Clinic, Singapore. Dr. Chia Woodworth graduated with a diploma in practical dermatology from the University of Wales, College of Medicine, Cardiff, United Kingdom. She also graduated from National University of Singapore, School of Medicine, with a bachelor of medicine, bachelor of surgery, M.B.B.S. She joined the SAS Foundation board (Singapore) in 2014. Dr. Chia Woodworth and her husband, Dr. Adrian Woodworth, have one child that graduated from SAS in 2019.

James is an industry veteran with over 35 years of pharma/biotech experience. He is a successful entrepreneur and investor dedicated to investing in disruptive innovation and supporting entrepreneurs to build global companies that will transform the lives of patients around the world. He founded Panacea Venture to focus on investments in global innovative early and growth stage healthcare and life sciences companies. He has also co-founded more than ten biotech companies in the past 20 years.

James was previously Managing Partner of Kleiner Perkins in the Greater China region and Managing Partner at Vivo Ventures in Palo Alto, California. Before joining Vivo in 2007, James was president of Anesiva (NASDAQ: ANSV), a biopharmaceutical company focused on pain-management treatments. He also held executive roles in business development, sales, marketing and R&D with Tularik Inc. (acquired by Amgen), GlaxoSmithKline LLC, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, and ALZA Corp (acquired by Johnson & Johnson).

James is currently a director at Kindstar Globalgene Technology Inc. (HKG: 9960), Connect Biopharma Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: CNTB), Lee’s Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (HKG: 0950), Atara Biotherapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATRA), and several private companies.

James received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Simran Kotak has an education in liberal and fine arts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Delhi University. During and after college, she volunteered for many years at Naz Foundation (India) before finally joining them as a full time counselor for young children with HIV.

A few years later, after moving cities, Simran set up her own products and services based company that operates in the lifestyle and design-forward product space. Simran and her husband Vir Kotak are a part of the Britain based Tate Modern South Asia Acquisition Committee. They moved to Singapore in 2018 and have two children at SAS.

Shraddha is a partner at Venture Investing at Mission Holdings, focusing on early-stage consumer businesses in the experience economy. She is also a partner at Mission Philanthropy, driving strategic education initiatives for underserved communities in partnership with organisations such as Parivaar, Avsara and Community Foundation, Singapore. Her philanthropic journey started 19 years ago and it has been a fulfilling and a rewarding experience.

A proud SAS parent for over 11 years, Shraddha has two children currently at SAS and one who graduated from SAS in 2025. She and her family have been long-time donors to SAS, consistently giving at the highest level. She works closely with the school’s leadership team to improve what she finds most important, such as faculty development and college counselling.

Additionally, she has been invested in the community with her time and effort - from volunteering in class events to helping at senior events or Booster activities. She has a deep love for SAS and aims to give back and strengthen the school’s sense of community to “make a big school feel small”. She holds a degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from the Fore School of Management.

Aisha is an avid supporter of the Singapore American School as both a donor and an expert contributor. After serving a term on the school board’s Governance Committee and multiple years on the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) board, including three years as PTA President, Aisha joined the board of the SAS Foundation to put her community expertise to work to enhance the experience of SAS students, faculty and community members across the school.

Aisha has had many previous careers, including being an Emmy Award-winning television producer, a Wall Street banker, a management consultant, an MBA admissions consultant and an NGO advisor. Prior employers include The New York Times, The Clinton Presidential Foundation, Goldman Sachs, Booz & Co., the Foundation for Mother & Child Health (pro bono) and The Red Pen.

Aisha completed undergraduate studies at UCLA and NYU and received an MBA with honors from NYU Stern School of Business. She currently serves as General Partner for the Neese Family Investment Partnerships and currently volunteers as the Booster Club President at SAS.

Ethan Jung Ryun Park is a Managing Director at Temasek, a global investment firm headquartered in Singapore. He leads the firm’s healthcare life sciences investment activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Southeast Asia (SEA). Previously, he worked at SK Corporation.

Ethan received a BA from Tufts University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude, and an MS from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has also received an international diploma from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

He currently serves on the boards of several healthcare and life sciences companies.

Ethan and his wife, Marie, have one child at SAS.

Elaine Saverin is Co-Founder and Director of the Elaine and Eduardo Saverin Foundation, which supports education and other philanthropic causes in Singapore and worldwide. In addition to her role at the foundation, she leads EE Capital, a family office based in Singapore. Prior to leading these initiatives, Elaine attended Raffles Girls' School in Singapore and Tufts University in the United States before beginning her career in quantitative finance.

Kimin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gunung Capital and Executive Chairman of PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk (GRP). He has transformed GRP from a local, family-owned steel manufacturer into a regional leader in low-carbon steel, securing major investments, including the International Financial Corporation’s first investment in Asian steel in over a decade.

He is dedicated to enhancing the Indonesian steel industry’s global competitiveness and has served as the former Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Iron and Steel Association. He completed his Bachelor of Industrial Management from Cornell University and is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Hokkien, and Bahasa Indonesia.

Kimin and his wife Fiona have three children currently enrolled in SAS and three older children who have already graduated from SAS.

Jacqueline is an accomplished HR strategist with over 15 years of experience transforming human capital across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. She brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational transformation within the financial services sector, having driven initiatives at leading institutions including Morgan Stanley, PIMCO and Deutsche Bank.

A champion of global expansion and multicultural collaboration, Jacqueline has built high-performing teams across diverse markets. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she combines strategic acumen with a nuanced understanding of human dynamics, enabling her to build trust and empower talent at every organizational level.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jacqueline is a certified yoga instructor and outdoor enthusiast. She has also been advising INSEAD students for career development, and is passionate for community development in Singapore.
