Donor Recognition
Singapore American School is thankful for our donors’ commitment to our academic mission. We appreciate your support — each and every gift matters.
We have many ways to demonstrate gratitude for donor generosity. We recognize and honor the generosity of faculty, alumni, parents, friends, corporations, and foundations through acknowledgments, regular communication, and invitations to special events.
The advancement office mails acknowledgements to every donor. For donations to the US Foundation, your tax receipt will come directly from International School Services, an external agency in Princeton, New Jersey. For donations to the Singapore Foundation, your acknowledgement letter will serve as the receipt of your gift.
Eagle Society
The Eagle Society honors individuals who make cumulative gifts, including matching gifts*, of S$1,000 and above to the school every year.**
The purpose of the Eagle Society is to strengthen the relationship between SAS and its donors, reaffirming the value of your annual support for the school. Eagle Society donors are leaders in supporting the school annually, and this support provides the school's critical margin of excellence. Your annual gift, when combined with those of other members from across the school and around the world, strengthens the school community and helps SAS achieve its vision to be a world leader in education, creating exceptional thinkers, prepared for the future.
Eagle Society donors receive periodic updates about special initiatives, reports on the impact of philanthropy, and exclusive invitations to events throughout the year, depending on their level of support. The Eagle Society allows you to choose from the following levels of giving, each offering a variety of benefits:

Transform Lives
Testimonial
Beside our contributions as volunteers, our family also donates to the Annual Fund. This is because the foundation supports all of the enriching student programs and experiences that help make an SAS education one that has a transformational impact on the childrens' lives and on the quality of learning at SAS. Simply put, we support SAS because it is a great school and our children are very fortunate to be part of this wonderful community.
