ENGAGEMENT


Over an 18 month period, we engaged all stakeholder groups in a variety of ways, both formal (like our WASC school accreditation process) and informal (like faculty coffees and community sessions). We initially focused on hearing from faculty, parents, and students what they thought was working well and what might need to change. Once the strategic framework was drafted based on this input, engagement activities occurred to hear ideas about what specific actions might be taken for each area of strategic focus. This input has been used to draft the plans for what SAS will be doing over the next six years.
