Welcome to our new article series, Learning at SAS! I am excited to take on the challenge of explaining the most important aspects of how teachers teach and students learn at Singapore American School. My goal in writing these articles is to help parents understand how students are taught at SAS, explain some of the harder-to-understand terms that SAS faculty members tend to use, and ensure that parents, students, and staff are all on the same page when discussing the SAS educational experience. 

Our short Learning at SAS articles will also appear in eNews once or twice each month, and I hope you will take a few minutes to read each one.
