As we work together to ensure a smooth and safe dismissal process for all our students, we ask for your assistance in following the updated procedures:
For kindergarten through second grade students:
- Students will be dropped off at the covered playground area by teachers or instructional assistants.
- Please arrive at the covered playground area by 2:55 p.m. to pick up your child.
- Kindly proceed directly to the covered playground area and avoid going to the classrooms, as teachers are engaged in the dismissal process for bus riders. Your cooperation in waiting at the covered playground will be immensely helpful.
For third through fifth grade students:
- Students will proceed to the covered playground area by themselves after 3:00 p.m.
When waiting for your child at the covered playground area:
- Please wait in the designated area clearly marked by signage and remain behind the stanchions.
- It becomes challenging for children to spot their parents when there is crowding or pushing forward in the area. Your cooperation in staying behind the stanchions will greatly help in maintaining order and ensuring that each child can easily see their parents.
Once you have collected your child, we kindly ask you to leave the campus to help with managing the crowd and supporting the efficiency of the dismissal process. Thank you for your understanding and support in making dismissal as efficient and safe as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
