Claire Griffin, Dance

Claire Abaijah-Griffin is a Freelance Creative based in Australia. Her background and training stems primarily from Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance, though most of her career has been shaped through Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance. Claire studied Classical Ballet at the Queensland National Ballet School before training and completing further study with Sydney Dance Company. The early days of her career began performing on cruise ships with Royal Caribbean International and later being casted in the Australian Company of HAMILTON. When she is not touring in shows, Claire teaches and choreographs around Australia as a Freelance Artist. Her focus lies in authentic connection and storytelling through movement. She works with an open mindset and loves helping others achieve their goals. Claire is absolutely thrilled to be joining us in Singapore and looks forward to exchanging knowledge and experiences with the next generation of creative talent.


Callan Purcell, Drama

Callan Purcell is a Wiradjuri man having grown up in Newcastle, Australia. He is a Sydney-based theatre maker, actor and mentor for young people in the arts.

He joined Australian Theatre for Young People’s writing team for their production of BETWEEN US and also developed a learning through drama program about ‘Australia’ pre-colonisation for primary schools. His adaptation of Steven Herrick’s NAKED BUNYIP DANCING has been performed around the country and is currently co-writing an adaptation of Tristan Banck’s novel DETENTION for Monkey Baa Theatre.

Callan received an anonymous sponsorship to study collaborative and devised theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London. Upon graduating in he received the John Gielgud actor’s award and returned to Australia to provide free arts workshops for young people.

Acting credits include Aaron Burr in HAMILTON THE MUSICAL (Australian and International cast), Mark in BLUE (Belvoir Street Theatre and State Theatre Company South Australia), Ty in Whitefella Yella Tree (Griffin Theatre Company), Woof in HAIR THE MUSICAL (Sydney Opera House), Jasper in JASPER JONES (Bondi Pavilion).


Master Anil Dandge, Dance

Principal choreographer Master Anil Dandge is an experienced Bollywood choreographer from Mumbai, India, and the founder of Dance Bollywood International Singapore (DBI). He has worked in more than 70 movies like Don, Jodha Akbar, Golmaal, Omkaraa, Welcome, and many TV shows in India. He has collaborated on many high profile Bollywood events in Singapore - choreographing the grand opening acts for Asha Bhosle, Arijit Singh live concert as well as creative high energy performances for celebrities like Hrithik Roshan, Mikka SIngh, Vidya Balan to name a few.  He was one of the key trainers under Master Prabhudeva for IFFA 2012 and was also honored to be invited to mentor promising young talents for the inaugural Dance Singapore Dance reality dance competition by Zee TV.


Kamil Haque, Drama

Kamil Haque is the Chief Moment Officer of The Moment Before, the first corporate training and coaching company in Singapore to focus on utilizing the theatrical arts to supercharge professional performance.

Kamil is the creator of the Haque Method, a coaching and training system for creatives and corporate leaders and executives in MNCs and statutory boards including Temasek Holdings, Google, BBC, OCBC, ByteDance, Salesforce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore, and many others.

Kamil is the only coach in Asia experienced in teaching the Lee Strasberg Method of Acting, a system of actor training synonymous with major stars like Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Marilyn Monroe and Lady Gaga to name a few.

More than a decade ago, Kamil pioneered the establishment of Haque Centre of Acting & Creativity (HCAC), Singapore’s first professional acting centre for everyone. To date, Kamil has coached well over 10,000 clients, many of whom have appeared in major Hollywood films, stage productions, television shows and national commercials around the world.

Kamil, a multi-ethnic Singaporean, is also an award-winning actor, storyteller, director and producer. He has been involved in several award-winning and critically-acclaimed productions in USA, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. He was most recently on the TEDx stage presenting his talk “How to Ace Your Next ‘Performance’: The Power of The Moment Before.”

With four years of experience in the lighting and entertainment industry, I am a seasoned professional specializing in designing, operating, and managing lighting systems for live events, theatrical productions, and concerts. My career has been built on a passion for creating immersive visual experiences that captivate audiences and elevate performances.

I have honed my expertise in working with advanced lighting technologies, seamlessly
integrating them into diverse productions to achieve stunning visual effects. My collaborative approach involves close coordination with production teams, ensuring that every detail aligns with the creative vision and technical requirements of each project.

Over the years, I have contributed to a wide range of productions, from intimate theatrical performances to large-scale concerts, consistently delivering high-impact results. My ability to innovate and adapt has allowed me to enhance audience experiences, ensuring smooth execution and unforgettable moments under the spotlight.

Lighting Console Trainer and Specialist | Astera Workshop


With extensive expertise in lighting systems and control technologies, I am a seasoned trainer and lighting professional specializing in grandMA3, grandMA2, dot2, and various renowned lighting brands, including Ayrton, Astera, Chauvet, Robert Juliat, Varilite and Portman lights. I also bring specialized knowledge in wireless DMX systems (LumenRadio) and spot tracking technologies like Zactrack and Follow-Me.

Training and Instruction
I provide comprehensive training on a wide array of lighting and tracking systems, including:

  • Lighting Consoles: grandMA3, grandMA2, dot2
  • Wireless DMX: LumenRadio
  • Battery Operated Lights: Astera

I’ve conducted training locally and internationally, with sessions in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

With an impressive 24-year journey in the event industry, I have carved a unique path as a self-trained and self-educated professional, mastering the art and science of creating unforgettable experiences. My career began at the grassroots level as a loader and technician, where I developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of event production. Over the years, I have evolved into a seasoned system engineer and now specialize in large-scale project and technical operations management.

My expertise spans the rental market, where I have successfully delivered high-impact solutions for a diverse range of events, including concerts, parties, product launches, esports tournaments, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and broadcast events. This breadth of experience has allowed me to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the industry, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional results.

A true multi-disciplinarian, I possess hands-on knowledge across rigging, power distribution, lighting design, and video systems. This cross-disciplinary expertise enables me to oversee complex technical operations with precision, ensuring every element aligns perfectly to bring creative visions to life.

Driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, I continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the event industry, delivering world-class experiences that leave a lasting impression. Aaron Arthur Foeste

Founder | Arthur Zaaro Design LLP


Aaron Arthur Foeste is the founder of Arthur Zaaro Design LLP in Singapore and specializes in interior construction, design, and fit out for top brands in-store displays, furniture, and built in fixtures.

Aaron worked as a consultant in set-design and construction for New York University's (NYU) Tisch School of the Arts Asia in Singapore’s Master of Fine Arts in Film program from 2007 to 2015.

Aaron was a lecturer at Lasalle College of the Arts Singapore Product Design programme.

Prior to moving to Singapore, Aaron worked in the Art Department for feature films produced in NYC & run by the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees IATSE

Primary responsibilities included: Carpentry, set construction, coordination with teams from the film’s Director and film’s Producer, scenic art, interior/exterior design, and lighting.

Studios and films include: Tri Star Pictures: It Could Happen to You;  New Line Cinema: Safe Passage; Paramount Pictures: Private Parts.

Aaron has a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin – Madison, and MBA from Columbia Business School, NYC.
