Registration Procedures

All Eagle Club elementary school and elementary school programs that start immediately after school at 1:30 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. Registration is online via the SchoolsBuddy registration system and will be carried out in two phases:

Phase One: Initial choices and activity assignment by ballot.

• During phase one, parents can select two activity preferences for their children. Parents may change their selections up until the close of this phase.
• After phase one closes, the SchoolsBuddy system will assign activities for children based on their registered and saved preferences.
• At the end of phase one, children may be assigned one of these selections.
• If only popular activities with limited spaces are selected during this phase, it is possible that an activity will not be assigned.
• Parents should only select activities they are prepared to honor and pay for if allocated.
• Please note: Any changes or cancellations after activity allocation will incur a $50 administration fee for each change and/or cancellation request.

Phase Two: Additional choices on a first-come, first-served basis.

• During phase two, parents can make additional activity choices for their children, subject to activity availability.
• Please note: Parents should carefully choose additional activities. Any changes or cancellations after successful activity registration will incur a $50 administration fee for each change and/or cancellation request.
• Payment for all activity choices should be made at this time.

All other Eagle Club programs are on a (first-come first-serve basis). Registration is online via the SchoolsBuddy registration system.

• Click the Activities & Clubs tab 
• You will see one or more boxes depending on what is available for your child. Find the appropriate container and click the Select button.
• The available bookings will be listed. To make a booking, click the toggle box next to your child's name. You can filter available bookings by day, group or event type.
• When you have selected a booking it will read 'You have x amount of time to complete selections' next to the "Book" tab. After all the bookings have been selected, select the Book tab.
• A pop-up box will appear asking you to agree to the Terms & Conditions. Once you have read those, you can accept them by clicking the toggle box and the OK button.
• A summary of the bookings selected will be displayed with the total payment amount.
• If you would like to change the bookings selected, click Edit/Add More button. If you are happy to proceed, click the Pay button . 
• A pop-up box will appear on the screen asking you to enter your card details via payment gateway Stripes
• A confirmation message will appear on screen and you will receive an email with a summary of the booking(s).
• You will also be able to view each of your child's confirmed activities in their SchoolsBuddy diary
