APEx is an organization founded to provide health and wellness opportunities for the SAS community based on a multitude of activities that reflect our diverse population. We believe that positive health and wellness outcomes are a right of all of our members, and that this inclusivity provides the foundation of our service.
Student Access
Monday – Friday
3:15 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.
*APEx will remain closed on public holidays and during school breaks
Semester Two: Day Access and Time

- Students must be in proper exercise attire, with gym shoes

Adult Access
Monday – Friday

Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays
5:30 a.m. — 6:45 a.m.
