Singapore Citizens
Applicants ages three to five
Students ages three to five, holding Singaporean passports may apply to SAS and, once admitted, may attend the school without approval from Singapore’s Ministry of Education (MOE).
Please note: Singaporean passport-holding SAS students turning six years of age must obtain MOE approval to continue attending SAS. Should MOE at this point deny an SAS student this required approval to attend, Singaporean citizen-students will need to discontinue their enrollment at SAS. Please contact the admissions office at sasinfo@sas.edu.sg for further information before applying.
Singapore Citizens with Dual American Citizenship
Applicants ages six to 18
SAS welcomes applications from Singaporean student-citizens with dual American citizenship. In addition to meeting all standard SAS criteria for admission, applicants holding Singapore/American passports must also obtain MOE approval to attend SAS.
MOE approvals are finite in number and there are far fewer granted than applied for each admissions season. For further information regarding the MOE approval process for Singaporean/American citizen-applicants, please contact the admissions office at sasinfo@sas.edu.sg.
All Other Singapore Citizens
Applicants ages six to 18
Due to current Singapore government regulations and limitations, SAS is not accepting applications for Singaporean citizens without dual American citizenship at this time.
