Registration
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis via SchoolsBuddy.
Registration opens Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and closes on a rolling basis just prior to each session.
Parents should only select activities they are prepared to honor and pay for. A 100% upfront payment is mandatory at the time of registration.
For SAS Students
Logging In
The registration portal uses the same username and password as the one used to login to the MySAS Portal as well as your Veracross account.
Available activities will only be displayed when the registration window opens.
If you do not have a SchoolsBuddy account, please view this video for instructions on how to create one.

How to Register for Courses
First-come, first-served registration opens for Summer Semester Week 1 to Week 4 courses/activities and parents can select activities for their children up to the closing date. Parents are encouraged to go through the courses available each week and read the course description carefully prior to submitting their selections as changes to selections are not allowed once submitted in SchoolsBuddy.
Courses will be reflected immediately in the child’s SchoolsBuddy profile upon successful submission. Parents can make additional activity choices for subsequent weeks for their child subject to space availability. Activities that are at full capacity will not show up as parents will not be able to register. We encourage parents to plan ahead and make your selections promptly to secure your preferred activities.

Once registration is open, you will see the Summer Semester courses available to your child. Find the applicable Summer Semester option to select the courses for your child. To make a selection, put a check in the box for the course that you would like to select for your child.

Click the “Book” button to proceed with your selection. This will bring you to the overview page.

Please be sure to save your selections by clicking the save/next button.

Parents who would like to make more activity selections in addition to the ones submitted earlier may do so at any point of time prior to the registration closing date. Any selections are subject to available space in the remaining activities.
Medical Requirements
Please attach proof of your child’s immunization records provided by your physician as this form will not be accepted without these records. SAS is required to ensure that our students are immunized in accordance with current Singapore law.
This means that submitting updated immunization records for your child is mandatory to attend school at SAS. All students must have:
- Two MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccines upon reaching 18 months of age;
- Four DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, acellular Pertussis) vaccinations upon reaching 18 months of age; and
- Fifth Tdap booster (Tetanus toxoid, reduced diphtheria toxoid, acellular pertussis) at 10-11 years of age.
