Registration Process

Summer Semester registration is online via the SchoolsBuddy registration system and will be carried out on a first come first serve basis. Please see some important information below:

Math Registration 
(HS Geometry and Algebra I)		 Week 1-4 Summer Semester
Activities/Courses
Registration opens March 7
at 10:00 a.m. and closes March 13 at 3:00 p.m.		 Registration opens March 9, 2023 
at 10:00 a.m. and closes on a rolling basis just prior to each session
Parents should only select activities they are prepared to honor and pay for. 
Payment for Math (HS Geometry and Algebra 1) is due Wednesday, April 12 at 12:00 p.m. 
Payment for Week 1 to Week 4 activities is due Wednesday, May 10 at 12:00 p.m. for parents who have already registered.

Thursday, March 9 at 10:00 a.m. - First Come First Serve Registration Opens 

First come first serve registration opens for Summer Semester Week 1 to Week 4 courses/activities and parents can select activities for their children up to the closing date. Parents are encouraged to go through the courses available each week and read the course description carefully prior to submitting their selections as changes to selections are not allowed once submitted in SchoolsBuddy. Courses will be reflected immediately in the child’s SchoolsBuddy profile upon successful submission. Parents can make additional activity choices for subsequent weeks for their child subject to space availability. Activities that are at full capacity will not show up as parents will not be able to register.

Algebra & Geometry: June 5 to June 30 Monday, March 13 at 3:00 p.m.
Week 1: June 12 - June 16 Sunday, June 4 at 12:00 p.m.
Week 2: June 19 - June 24 Sunday, June 11 at 8:00 a.m.
Week 3: June 26 - June 30 Sunday, June 18 at 8:00 a.m.
Week 4: July 3 to July 7 Sunday, June 18 at 8:00 a.m.

 

For SAS Student

Logging In

The SchoolsBuddy login uses the same username and password as the one used to login to the MySAS Parent Portal as well as your Veracross account. 

You will only see available activities for your child when the registration window is open.  

To register for the activities, login to SchoolsBuddy with your SAS account. If you do not have one, please view this video for instructions on how to create an account.

For Non SAS Student

Please download and fill out the application form below and return a scanned copy/a clear photograph of this form to summersemester@sas.edu.sg.

How to Register for Courses

  1. Once registration is open, you will see the Summer Semester containers available to your child. Find the applicable Summer Semester container(s) to select the courses for your child.

  2. The available courses applicable to your child will be listed. To make a selection, put a check in the box for the course that you would like to select for your child. 

  3. Click the “Book” button to proceed with your selection. This will bring you to the overview page. 

  4. Please be sure to click "Book" to confirm your selections on the overview page.

  5. You will then receive a confirmation email to notify you of the successful booking.
