A Journey Through the Kitchen
  • Culinary Fundamentals: Students develop essential kitchen skills through hands-on cooking experiences that build confidence and independence. They practise kitchen safety, hygiene, knife skills, measuring, mixing, sautéing, and assembling both sweet and savoury dishes while learning how ingredients work together to create balanced meals.
  • Global and Local Flavours: Campers explore a variety of international-inspired cuisines, discovering how herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients bring dishes to life. A special visit to Lau Pa Sat connects classroom learning to Singapore’s vibrant food culture and deepens their appreciation of local culinary traditions.
  • Sweet Treats and Baking Creations: Young chefs are introduced to the fundamentals of baking and dessert-making, exploring the science behind sweet treats while developing precision, creativity, and presentation skills.
