High School Sample Schedule

Sample schedules are only examples of a typical day in high school. Actual timetables will vary across grades.

The high school schedule follows a four-day rotation. For example, if Day A starts on a Monday, Day D will be on Thursday, and on Friday it will go back to Day A's schedule. Out of a total of eight class periods, called blocks, high school students take either seven classes (grades 9 and 10) or six classes (grades 11 and 12) each semester. This allows students at least one “free” block to manage their workload.
