SAS ASKS: DINING AT SAS
Didi Hari Krishnan

Every week, our educators will answer several questions that have consistently emerged in our parent community. This week director of facilities and services Simon Thomas shares what dining at SAS is going to look like for our students starting next week.

Precautionary measures:
1. There are more tables with specific seating labels
2. Every table has a cleaning kit with hand sanitizer, surface sanitizer, and paper towels

Steps for students to take note of:
1. Sanitize hands upon entry
2. Proceed to allocated seating area
3. Wait to be called to the food collection line
4. While waiting in line, stay one-meter apart from each other (stand on the spots indicated on the floor)
5. Prepare to tap student ID at the counter
6. Staff will be able to check the order submitted and will provide the student with a colored token
7. Collect a tray from the tray station
8. Proceed to the food collection station and place colored token in the box
9. Return tray—multiple tray return stations are available
10. Sanitize surface

Here's a video of Eddie the Eagle demonstrating these steps. For more information, click here.
