School Board
The Singapore American School Limited ("School"), established pursuant to relevant Singapore law, is the legal entity under which the Singapore American School ("SAS") operates. Members of the School participate in the governance of the school by electing twelve fellow Trust members to the Board of Governors, which is responsible for the strategic oversight of SAS. In addition to the legal documents which govern the structure and powers of the Board of Governors, the Board has established a series of principles defining the high standards and ethical behavior to which the Board and each Board member aspire.
