The SAS Board of Governors views the development of an annual budget of revenues and expenditures as one of its most important jobs. The budget process begins in the fall and culminates in early April in an open meeting with parents and faculty to review the proposed budget, after which the Board gives its final consideration and adopts the budget in late April.
