Faculty at Singapore American School

There are currently more than 330 faculty members working at Singapore American School. Sixty percent of the faculty members hold a Master’s degree and graduate work beyond a Master’s Degree. Nearly seventy percent of the faculty members are from the United States and the many of them have had substantial international school experience. The majority of the faculty members that are non-US citizens come from Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The average tenure of the faculty at SAS is six years. The quality of the faculty at SAS has often been cited as one of the school’s major strengths.
