Nationality Profile

Singapore American School has a student population of over 3700 students. Approximately 60 percent of the enrolled students hold a U.S passport, although many of those children have spent little or no time living in the United States. Korean students represent 10 percent of the student body. Singaporean students are 4 percent of the student population, while Canadian, Japanese, Indonesian and Indian students each make up about 3 percent of SAS students. The remaining students come from over 50 countries. The students participate in a school program that is committed to cultivating American values while nourishing academic excellence with an international perspective.
